High School Student Exhibit Opening

The Amelia Island Museum of History will unveil its newest Gaslight Gallery exhibition - Vietnam: in Retrospect - on Friday, March 30th, at 6 pm. The exhibit will be created and installed by local high school students to mark the 50th anniversary of the Tet Offensive. This display will explore the lasting domestic and international effects of the Vietnam War, as seen through the eyes of a new generation. It will profile the experiences of civilians and soldiers, and delve into the cultural changes that came out of the period. This program is free and open to the public.
