Volunteer History Garden

Have you ever heard of a Toothache Tree or wondered what Indigo looks like? Come to the Amelia Island Museum of History to satisfy your curiosity. The Museum is proud to announce the Volunteer History Garden which contains historically relevant trees and plants as well as region specific flora and is named in honor of the many volunteers who have dedicated their time and talents. In addition, for each donation of $100, a small plaque will be placed in the garden in memory, in honor or just in thanksgiving of your special loved one. If you are interested in making a donation or have any questions about this project, please contact Liz at 261.7378 x.100 or by email, liz@ameliamuseum.org.
