Celebrate the Golden Age of Fernandina on the grounds of the Hoyt House with passed hors d’oeuvres, a wonderful catered dinner, live music (Amy Nass and then the Nassau County Jazz Band), amazing flowers (KP Designs) and an open bar with specialty cocktails featuring Highclere Castle Gin (Downton Abbey), fine French wines (Southern Glazer) and a variety of mixed drinks courtesy of the Decantery and the Palace Saloon. Have your photo taken with an antique car. A DJ will keep the event going strong until 10PM (Courtesy of the Ash Street Cigar Parlor).

The Amelia Island Museum of History is the keeper of Amelia Island’s stories and history. It efficiently provides an interactive and powerful museum experience, compelling live programs for the community, summer activities for children, and historical reenactment support to many local events.
Using its 400+ volunteers annually, it also offers special events such as the Holiday Home Tour, the Cottages & Courtyards Tour, and Graveside Chronicles. Two of the Museum’s four full time employees will be retiring soon, and to attempt to fill their amazing shoes, we’ll need basic benefits packages added to salaries to attract excellent employees. Your support of the gala will enable us to create an endowment for this and continue to preserve and share our area’s history.
